Job description
As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind Simulytics’ commercial expansion. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will architect and execute a high-impact growth strategy. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring large-scale corporate accounts and managing strategic relationships. This role requires a blend of new business acquisition and current accounts expansion within India’s largest enterprises and global MNCs.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Account Acquisition
- Targeting:Identify and penetrate accounts (Fortune 500 and large Indian companies).
- Stakeholder Mapping: Build relationships with "Economic Buyers" (CFO/CEO), "Technical Buyers" (CTO/CIO), and "Champions" within the client organization.
- Full Cycle Management: Lead the entire sales process from initial prospecting and high-level discovery to customized demos and final contract negotiation.
- Cross-functional Alignment: Work closely with Solutions Architects for technical proof-of-concepts (POCs) and Customer Success for seamless handovers.
- Contracts and Agreements: Collaborate with Legal and Finance to structure complex multi-year deals and service level agreements (SLAs).
Revenue & Pipeline Management
- Forecasting: Maintain a high degree of accuracy in monthly and quarterly revenue forecasting using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- KPI Tracking: Monitor metrics such as Average Contract Value (ACV), Sales Velocity, and Win Rates.
- Retention & Upsell: Identify opportunities for horizontal expansion (selling to other departments) or vertical upsell within existing enterprise accounts.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Enterprise B2B Software/SaaS Sales (Logistics, Supply Chain, or Industrial tech experience is a massive plus).
