With a career spanning 30 years in logistics and supply chain management, he brings deep domain expertise to the tech landscape.
His background includes managing the sell-side distribution network at Asian Paints, as well as leading high-impact cost-optimization and network design consultancies for major players in the power, logistics, and consumer goods sectors.
A distinguished alumnus of IIT Bombay and IIM Lucknow, Jaideep bridges the gap between industry and academia. He is a visiting faculty member at IIM Lucknow and IIM Udaipur. He also serves on the Board of Governors at IIM Lucknow, helping shape the future of management education.
Roopmay brings 27 years of experience in software development, covering system architecture, solution design, and end to end software delivery.
A hands-on software technical architect, he began his career with leading IT organizations such as Infosys and Tech Mahindra (formerly Satyam Computers), where working on large, complex systems helped build a strong foundation in disciplined engineering and practical problem-solving.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the Pune Institute of Computer Technology (PICT).

From managing international sales to spearheading production development for digital content giants, Rashmi’s diverse expertise ensures Simulytics remains at the forefront of industry innovation. This global perspective, combined with a background in manufacturing and partner network strategy, allows her to cultivate high-impact strategic partnerships.
Rashmi holds a Master’s in Communication Studies and an M.A. in Linguistics from Savitribai Phule Pune University, bringing a unique, human-centric approach to leadership and business communication.
